The location is fantastic, right across the Tha Phae Gate and central to everything! My room was immaculate, with a hot shower and reliable cleaning service. Plus, the hotel offers a great long-stay price, making it an excellent deal.

The location was 🔥! Right across Thapae Gate and close to night markets. The staff were accommodating to our vegetarian needs. But the air-conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, which was a bummer. Overall, a nice spot for a chill stay.

I had a delightful stay at Imm Hotel Thaphae Chiang Mai. The location is ideal, right opposite Thaphae Gate, perfect for accessing nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly accommodating, catering to my vegetarian diet, and the hotel provided a comfortable, clean room with all necessary amenities.

We stayed with our large family, and the hotel was very clean, modern, and spacious. The location was perfect, right across from Thaphae Gate. We loved being within walking distance to local sights and eateries. The kids enjoyed playing table tennis.

However, sound insulation is poor, making it difficult to avoid noise from outside and hallways, and water pressure in the shower fluctuates. Privacy is compromised due to the glass door on the toilet, which may not suit everyone's comfort level.

The location is super central, just steps away from the Old City. We enjoyed our mornings with delish breakfast options, and the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver. Only thing was hearing some noise from the hallway, but it wasn’t a big deal. The staff really went out of their way to help us with local tips!
