The property was simple and nice, I totally recommend!
Location: the hotel was near to taxi, grab or Song Theao and many convenient stores and restaurants around. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room was bright, tidy and had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV.

If you will come to Chiang Mai for the Thai New Year in April - book the street view room, and you will get the best view in the city for a festival atractions and a total madness ;-) In the rest - hotel have a nice, clean, stylish rooms. Fast internet. Good breakfast but not a royal )
McDonalds is on the first floor of the building. Small parking, if you travel by a rented car. Reserve a 15 minutes to get out of the parking.

The location is fantastic, right across the Tha Phae Gate and central to everything! My room was immaculate, with a hot shower and reliable cleaning service. Plus, the hotel offers a great long-stay price.

The location was 🔥! Right across Thapae Gate and close to night markets. The staff were accommodating to our vegetarian needs. But the air-conditioning couldn't be adjusted, a bummer. A nice spot for a chill stay.

At room 241 we had a lot of mosquitoes going into the room at night. Overall the experience was really nice !

The Hotel was clean and Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was available and location is great.
The Breakfast can be improved. Some sofeter touches like curtains etc is needed to muffle the sound of cutlery on crockery at Breakfast time.
